Over my career I have helped service industry professionals standardize and scale their unique brand experience by creating new products, services and experiences.

A combination of an MBA and a BA in Psychology, coupled with strong belief in the business case for excellent design give me the background necessary to understand the needs of end users, customers and management.  My goal is to help companies create products, services and experiences that provide users and customers with a positive experience and contribute to a company’s bottom line.
